To use your store credit:
Fill up your cart.
If you haven't already, login to your account at the checkout.
Under ‘Payment Method’ in the checkout, choose ‘Use Store Credit’.

Your Showpo store credit is valid for a full 12 months and is non-refundable. 

To check your store credit balance:
Login to My Account > Store Credit.
You can see your balance here!
