Here, you can initiate your return and find all the necessary instructions on sending your return back to us for store credit. Please remember to check that your return complies with our guidelines for eligibility. Once your return has been processed, we will issue the amount as store credit to the account you placed the order with.

We create an account for you when we issue store credit. Keep an eye out for the store credit confirmation email once the return has been processed, and then sign up to your account using the same email address to access your store credit.
