• What is Showpo Rewards? Showpo Rewards is our loyalty program - it’s our way of giving back to our Showpo Fam. Once you join you can start collecting points from shopping or engaging with us via social media, leaving reviews or making a purchase. Every point you earn gets you closer to the next tier!  
• How do I join Showpo Rewards? Joining is easy! Just click Sign Up or Log In to your account. Just make sure to click the box to ‘Join Showpo Rewards’.
• How do I earn points? You can earn 1 point for every $1 you spend or through taking an action. So the more you shop and engage with us, the more points you'll earn!
• How do I redeem my points? Every points you earn adds up until you reach the next Tier. Keep an eye on your email for your Tier Upgrade Voucher.
• How do I move up a tier? Tier eligibility is based on your combined year-to-date spend. Your spend accrual allows you to move up through the levels of the program where you can access exclusive rewards.
• How long will I stay at my level? Once you enter a tier, you'll remain in that tier for 12 months. If after 12 months you don't spend enough to retain your tier, you'll be downgraded to the one that matches your spend accrual within the last 12 months. So make sure to keep shopping to maintain your tier!
• When will I receive my birthday reward? To receive your birthday reward, you must be opted-in to our email communications. We can only send your reward if you’ve added a valid date of birth to your account. To see if we’ve got your birthday please check your account page.
• Can I Refer A Friend to Showpo? Absolutely! We’ll even reward you for it.  When you refer a friend to Showpo they will receive an email with a unique link to access their $20 discount code. Once your friend makes a successful purchase of over $100 we will then email you your exclusive $20 discount code! You’ll get $20 for every successful referral.
  To get started simply enter your friends email address into the refer a friend section on the Showpo Rewards page. Please note that the link to access your discount code may not work if you access it via the Showpo app on your phone, we recommend you use your computer or laptop instead. Refer a friend discount code can’t be used in conjunction with any other Showpo discount code.
