The skirt is heavy and feels nice to wear. The size is a 16 and is loose for me. But I wanted the size so it disguised my “little” belly. It looked great as it created a flat image rather than being tight and focusing on it. The 14 was good but just slightly snug on that area.
I did have to use a safety pin though to tighten the band slightly as the weight of the skirt is there.
I absolutely love this skirt
