Returns & refunds

We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're unhappy with your order, customers can either:

Either:

• Get a refund in the form of store credit within 21 days from the delivery date.
• Get a refund (back to your original method of payment) within 7 days of delivery.

We've extended our Store Credit returns timeframe so that all orders placed between December 7th and December 31st, 2024 are eligible for a Store Credit return until January 31st, 2025
