Pack your items & attach your label

Use the orginal Showpo parcel if you still have it. If not pack your items in another bag, providing it’s securely covered it should be fine. Include your pre-filled returns form in the bag..

Send it back to us

Take your parcel to the Post Office and purchase a return shipping label. On this label please write the following address

Stick your new label to the outside of your bag covering any old shipping labels to avoid it ending up in the wrong place and keep hold of your receipt as proof of postage just in case.
